Coimbatore: Corporate Commissioner King Gopal Sunkara, who met health workers who conducted a door-to door survey to monitor Covid-19 symptoms in the North Zone, on Friday instructed them to filter industrial workers to prevent the spread of infection.
“Details of those who show symptoms must be registered in the appropriate registry.
They must be done to undergo a Covid-19 test.
Positively tested people must be registered and informed to the Covid-19 control room and sanitation officers from their respective zones, “Commissioner said.
“Health workers must also create awareness of the disease spread by mosquitoes.
Residents must be notified to keep the environment clean by getting rid of objects that can hold water to remove the breeding room.” Commissioner examined the park in Seimivasa Nagar and instructed the workers to check it out.
