KABUL: The Taliban Saturday captured Sheberghan City in Jawzjan, said Deputy Governor, the second provincial capital fell to a guerrilla in less than 24 hours.
“Forces and officials (government) have retreated to the airport,” said Deputy Governor of Jawzjan Qader Malia told AFP.
