Lucknow: The day after the state government told the high court that he had attracted an investigation into the District of Medical College suspended by Kafel Khan, the latter expressed hope that his suspension would be revoked immediately.
“The state government stated that the High Court on Friday that they had decided to withdraw further investigation ordered me in February 2020.
This, the government said, was carried out because the court in the previous July 29th order, had noticed the delay of 11 months in sending a request report.

“My lawyer has told me that with this decision, the investigation report by Kumar was still standing and that certain reports had not found me guilty of charges collected by the government related to the Oxygen Brd tragedy.
I hope I will be restored soon,” he added.
Deferred from active services since 2017, Khan has been fighting with suspension, claiming that in the past four years, all seven who were accused of being together in this case had restored to limit him.
