Panaji: The state government on Sunday extends the state-level night hours until August 16 to control the spread of Covid-19 in Goa.
However, there is no additional relaxation in the sequence of hours tonight.
The state government in the command of the last hour of night allows bars and restaurants to continue operations until 11:00 at a capacity of 50%.
The state government continues to make a negative Covid RT-PCR report for those who enter the country from Kerala.
What was left closed in a revised night hour was a casino, auditorium, river cruises, spas, and massage, cinema and educational and training institutions for students (except for student exams and conducting competitive exams with government approval of the government).
During the extension of the last night on July 11, as part of relaxation, the government has allowed a gym and swimming pool to open with a capacity of 50% of July 12.
The indoor and outdoor sports complex is also allowed to operate, but without viewers.
On June 20, the state government allowed the opening of stores in shopping centers and fish markets.
On June 12, the state allowed Pancrayat and the city market to open.
From June 14, the state government began to relax restrictions and enabled economic activities in the state.
The night was first applied on May 9 after the country watched the Covid case wave.
