New Delhi: Advocate Prashant Bhushan begged the Supreme Court to continue the command to create clinical clinical test data Covid Vaccines.
Bhushan also accused that the authorities and companies did not disclose information about the side effects of vaccines.
Challenging the Covid Center Vaccination policy made it virtually mandatory for people to be vaccinated against Covid-19, Bhushan said that it had to be done voluntarily.
The top yesterday said that it would examine, but underlined that universal vaccination was very important to deal with ongoing pandemics.
“We will check your plea, but we don’t want to create confusion in the minds of people about the efficacy of the vaccine, because vaccine doubts have created a problem,” said the APEX court to Bhushan.
SC is looking for a reply from the Supreme Court Centrethe, meanwhile, has also issued a notification to the center, looking for responses from the government and others about the request for disclosure of Covid-19 clinical trial data.
Judge L Nageswara Rao and Hrishikesh Roy issued a notice of the request, and asked the center and others to respond within four weeks.
