Anand: a big fire broke out in a building that accommodated Godown from firecrackers at Anand Town on Monday.
The incident occurred in the building located right opposite Anand Nagar Sevasadan.
The fire at Godown spreads not only on the top floor of the building where crackers are stored but swallowed the whole building and spread even to other buildings located adjacent to it.
Both buildings consist of three floors each.
Fire fighters from Khambhat, Nadiad, Petlad and Vadodara apart from them from Anand rushed to the place to extinguish the fire.
Although there were no reports of injury or victims because of the fire, around seven two-wheeled vehicles and one four-wheeled one-wheeled adjacent to the building was broken on fire.
The black smoke bundle comes out of the building because the fire can be seen from afar while the loud sound of firecrackers really ruled.
The building that holds the failure is locally known as the sales complex.
“The voice was very hard so I faced a temporary hearing loss,” a photographer who was present at the place told Tii.
The police also had difficulty spreading crowds of spectators and residents who had begun to gather from the nearest area.
Later, all areas were grouped by police.
Fire fighters continue their efforts to extinguish the fire in both buildings late at night.
