Yavatmal: A 55-year-old teacher at the School of Zilla Parishad in Belora in the district was destroyed by Irate villagers after he allegedly arrested red people exploiting a 16-year-old female student.
The material was revealed on Saturday when the teacher, identified as Arun Rathod, was caught in embarrassing situations with girls at school.
Immediately, a gang gathered in place and beat Rathod Black and Blue.
When getting information, Yavatmal Kishor Junghare Rustic Police Station officers reached the place and took Rathod injury.
He rushed to the medical college regional government and hospital where he underwent treatment.
According to the villagers, Rathod used to call the girl to school every day with special classes of classes even though all educational institutions in the state were closed due to covid pandemics.
The teacher has exploited the girl for the past 3 years, villagers accused.
Rathod has lured the girl with a promise to ensure good value for him in the SSC and help him become a doctor other than convincing to marry him after he was 18 years old, the villagers claimed, added that the teacher was married.
The police have registered a criminal violation under the Section 376 IPC and the provisions of the protection of children from sexual violations (Pocso) Act.Junghare told Tii, “We have registered a violation and the perpetrators will soon be arrested for getting out of the hospital.” Meanwhile, President Rahul Gandhi Vichar Manchar Dr.
Meenakshi Sawkar condemned the savage incident and demanded intense action against the defendant.
“I wrote to the Chairman of the Minister of Uddhav Thackeray in this matter and will meet the education minister of Varsha Gaikwad in Mumbai and demanded the death sentence for the culprit,” he said.
