Patna: The Patna High Court on Tuesday issued a notification to the Mining and Geological Department and the State Pollution Control Board to free up to 1.5 meters of land excavation with a brick kiln and environmental permit.
The bench of the Head of Justice Head of Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice S Kumar, while hearing the pill filed by One Abhay Kumar, took this matter seriously and also issued a notice to the Ministry of Environment, Forest, Climate Change, respondents in this case.
