Jodhpur: About a week after the former MP Naguar Jyoti Mirdha filed a complaint against his uncle Bhanu Prakash Mirdha and 12 others for the apropriation of his shares of the Parental property, the other party had mentioned his false accusations and had questioned the submission of the case afterwards.
Speaking with the media on Wednesday, his uncle claimed part of the land had been sold in 1988 and the money obtained had been divided between brothers.

Sharing several documents with the media, Bhanu Prakash Mirdha said that during submission of nominations before the contested Lok Sabha election in 2009, Jyoti had given the description of its properties but no one mentioned the part he now complained.
“This clearly shows bad intentions behind this case against us with a view to slander our family’s social and political reputation”, he said, adding that his accusation was evil and wrong.
Supporting it, Vijay Poonia, husband of former USHA POONIA tourism minister – another party in this case – Jodhpur’s development authority said earning lease and it was followed by the right procedure and notice in the newspaper.
