Nagpur: Head of Air Marshal RKS Bhadauria, Air Chief of Staff attended the Conference Commander of the Care Commander at Vayu Sena Nagar, Nagpur on August 11-12.
The two-day program was attended by basic repak commanders, equipment depots, and other stations / units under maintenance orders, which reviewed ongoing projects and take stock stocks and assignments for maintenance orders next year.
In his speech to the commander, Bhadauria recorded an important role of maintenance orders in the careful management of inventories and varying from the Indian Air Force (IAF).
Prepare orders for initiatives launched to meet the needs of modern and ready IAF evolving in the future, Bhadauria highlights the need to build capacity to improve maintenance and operability in complex conditions along with encouragement in active indigenization projects.
While highlighting the latest events, he underscores the importance of vigilance to meet newer security challenges.
He explored aspects of embracing modern technology such as AI and automation in the task of transformation and IAF restructuring to ensure that it was always ready to fight.
CAS urges commanders to absorb the ‘mantra’ of capital and modernization in their efforts to ensure that the MC remains a source of maintenance and logistical support for integrated operations in the future.
