The Cuban Embassy in Washington did not respond to a request to comment.
In July, the Biden government imposed sanctions on Cuban police forces and two leaders.
Protests erupted in July amid the worst Cuban economic crisis since the fall of old allies, the Soviet Union, and a surge in the Coronavirus infection record.
Thousands of people took to the streets, angered over the shortage of basic items, curbing civil liberties, and handling the authorities of the authorities.
Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel has blamed riots in the United States, which in recent years has tightened his trade embargo which lasted decades.
He said many sincere protesters were manipulated by social media campaigns regulated by the US.
The US treasury had previously announced sanctions on Cuban Defense Minister and the Ministry of Interior’s Special Forces Unit on charges of violations of human rights in the harsh action of protests, where hundreds of activists were detained.
