Ahmedabad: A 48-year-old woman allegedly killed a 21-year-old delay child, Hardik Patel, strangled her, put her body into a sack and threw it in the village of Kunjad Daskroi Taluka in Ahmedabad on Tuesday, Kanbha police said on Saturday.
Police officers said that the defendant Gauri Patel, told them that he had also killed his son who was 11 years 15 years ago.
He married Hardik Rajnikant’s father about seven years ago.
Hardik’s younger brother, Umang Patel, who runs milk in Kanbha, is stated in his shot that Gauri and hardik often fight for money.
“My stepmother used to take money from our relatives and my father’s friends on behalf of investing in our milk business, but never spent money for it,” he said in FIR.
He has borrowed Rs 25 lakh from relatives who said the hardik suffered losses in the milk business due to covid-19 pandemic, lock and curfew.
When this relative began asking for a hardik for the money, he objected to him to take money from them and spend himself.
On Tuesday morning, when hardingly fell asleep alone at home when Umang went to Dairy, Gauri along with three relatives from Nashik – Sanjay, Anil and Dinesh – strangling with a rope, said Dysp K Kamaria.
They then packed his body into a sack and threw it in Chosamia Road in Kanbha, he said.
When Umang returned home and did not find hardik until late at night, he asked Gauri about him, but he did not give a clear answer.
When asking his neighbor, Umang found that Gauri and the three relatives had loaded the sack to the autorickshaw on Tuesday afternoon.
Meanwhile, Kanbha police asked complaints from missing people on Wednesday to find the body in the bush near Chosamia Road.
It was then identified as hardik.
Asking, he claimed to have killed the hardik with the three men.
“As long as he questioned, he also admitted that he was in 2014 killing his 11-year-old son when he worked as a housemaid in Nashik,” Kamaria said.
He and two male friends killed his son when he watched them break through the house where he worked.
They strangled the 11-year-old boy and he cooked a story stolen by thieves at his employer’s house, tried to increase him and killed him when he tried to intervene.
He married a hardik father in 2015, said a police officer.
Kanbha police registered a complaint of murder and criminal conspiracy against Gauri and three of his ajuds to kill hardik.
