Warangal: A trans woman was stabbed by her lover on Friday night in the Shivanagar area in Warangal Town.
According to the police, MD Abbu was in a relationship with the victim, Saipriya and both of them were said to be together for about a year.
However, Abbu was said to have started an affair with Sagarika, another transwoman.
Saipriya raises objections to this which leads to a fight between the two which is said to have caused Saipriya to stab abbu.
Abbu, the native of Geesukonda Mandal, was said to have threatened Saipriya too before.
After stabding Saipriya on Friday night, AbbU escaped Shivanagar.
Saipriya who was seriously injured was taken to the MGM hospital by his roommate who then filed a complaint against Abbu.
