Gujarat HC allows a 19-year-old girl to leave my father’s house

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court allowed a 19-year-old child to leave his father’s house and made his own life arrangement, after his family violated the conditions set by the court and continued to hinder his meeting with his girlfriend.
The family contradicts his girlfriend with his girlfriend, who has not finished 21 years and cannot legally marry him.
Last month, the young men moved HC, complaining that his girlfriend was arrested by his family and was not allowed to meet him even though he was an adult.
HC interacted with him and sent him to a house to take refuge in Paldi on July 20.
On August 2, the High Court tried to bring a friendly solution to the problem.
It asked the girl to stay with his family for certain guarantees given by his father.
One of his conditions is that he will be allowed to meet his girlfriend twice a week at home and he is allowed to take a job.
This arrangement was made for a month and HC was to hear this case further on September 6, but a week passed, and the girl came to court once again and handed over that the family continued to harass it and also failed to keep one promise made in front of the court .
He told that he did not want to return to the shelter and had to be left left for his own device.
The court said that since he was an adult, he could not be forced to live with his family with his wishes.
