Jaipur: Five people were killed and three others were injured on Sunday when a truck collided with a car in Alwar Rajasthan district, police said.
The accident took place near Tusari Crossing, Station House Officer (Sho) of the Kathumar Police Station Kamal Singh.
He said the injured was taken to a government hospital for care.
The deceased was identified as Ankit Rajput (10), Blue aka Virendra Singh (26), Poonam Rajput (28), Surendra Singh Rajput (32) and Shivani Rajput (18), Singh said.
Police officers said that passengers returned after offering prayers in a temple.
The body was handed over to their families after Post Mortem, police said.
