Hyderabad: Telangana High Court on Monday warned that it would remain the process of Kokapet Kokapur land auction Rs 2,000 after hearing conflicting arguments from the state government in 111 on the one hand and the land of Kokapet on the other hand.
The main justice bench of Hima Kohli and Justice B Vijaysen Reddy was hearing the request of Imper by the company Agni Agritech requested the elimination of his land in Vattinagulapalli Village from PurView Go 111.
The company believes that land outside the catch limit of the Twin Reservoir, Osman Sagar and Himayat Sagar.
The bench took serious records at the state government counter stating that if tall buildings were allowed in more than 600 hectares of Vattinagulapalli, the pollutants and stormwater would pollute Lake Kokapet and Sagar Himayat.
The judges said that if it happened then it would still be auction in Kokapet because the state did not disclose this information when the pill questioned the auction submitted.
“We will now revive that this pill remembers the new facts that appear ahead,” Bench said.
“Not long ago, the country auctioned 50 hectares of land in Kokapet, which side by side with Lake Kokapet where the construction of tall buildings was permitted.” The Impir Petition was submitted in a direct petition by the Jeevanand Reddy neighborhood who sought complete protection from Lake Twin and their catch area with a 10 km radius as considered in GO 111.
Appearing for the company, Senior Advisor K Vivek Reddy argues that they do not want a dilution on the way 111 .
“But our land is outside the scope of the catchment area …
because go 111 only talks about the protection of the catchment area, we want our land to be removed from PurView Go,” he said.
He quoted a report aged a decade by experts who support the appointment of the area from the GO regime.
A total of 80 villages, including Vattinagulapalli fell under GO-111.
But the government now captures that the liberation for one village will produce a big problem because it can lead to the emergence of a high increase in Vattinagulapalli with several other villages also looking for such exceptions.
The government associates in the former Indian Attorney General beat Rohatgi to present his case.
Although Rohatgi argued about the elimination of Vattinagulapalli from go 111, the bench asked why the panel appointed by the state did not submit a report in five years.
“Even though we called the details of the minutes of the meeting, the country failed to involve them,” Bench said.
Rohatgi said he did not know this problem and look for time.
The bench reminded him that the country itself submitted an application before this court delivered his intention to review GO-111.
Rohatgi said the state now proposed to attract the application.
Kasing will appear again on August 18.
