New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday postponed this issue for August 25 submitted by key accusations, Anup Majee and also the Government of Mamata Banerjee to the command of Calcutta High Cadrass giving CBI sanctions’ without state approval.

In the appeal submitted by the defendant, Majee, the state government has submitted a written statement and stated before the court that “CBI does not have jurisdiction to investigate this case, because the country does not give approval to please the CBI probe.
But the same case is still being examined by the CBI.
