Senior officers from West Bengal cadres will be part of a special investigation team.
The state government has been asked to submit all documents and notes to the investigation institution.
The following are the top 10 observations made by Calcutta High Court: -This regardless of the fact that three months have experienced concrete actions taken by the state, which can inspire trust unless they archive written statements and place on thousands of papers.
-In the number of cases related to murder, rape and other crimes against women, these cases try to close without pine registration or no response given to the committee.
Apparently to support the defendant, the FIRS has not been registered under the right legal provisions.
-There certain accusations and proven that complaints submitted by victims of violence after the polls are not registered.
This type of incident, even if isolated is not good for healthy democracy.
– The country has failed to register fir shots and open the same thing to become a murder case.
In some cases, even after registration FIR, the observation by the state is that this can produce ‘no cases’.
This shows a predetermined mind to conduct an investigation into a certain direction.
-No serious effort has been made to make the victims identified and so far the police cannot come to the sure conclusion whether the missing people are dead or live.
Allegations that because the police in the state was under the influence of the ruling party trying to hide the incident to save images, investigations in the incident could be submitted to the CBI, an independent institution.
– The state government is responsible for protecting the threatened group from the attack and if it fails to do so, it will fail to carry out constitutional obligations and according to the law.
The action -imisiate will be taken by the state to pay compensation for victims of crime according to state policy, after verification due.
This will be a bank transfer directly in their account.
-Civil or administrative police are under the control of the election commission during the election process only to ensure free and fair selection.
That does not mean that the police stopped issuing the normal task to control the law and order.
– The West Bengal government argument that the EC is responsible for violence because the police are below because of enforcing the electoral code until May 3, 2021 worthy of being rejected directly.
-We directed the CBI and sat down to submit a status report in court in six weeks since today.
