Nagpur: Rahul Complex 4 years old is a famous residential apartment near Stand Ganeshpeth St.
One of the residents, Prasad Kawre, was nothing, until he was arrested last week by the Uttar Pradesh (ATS) anti-terror squad, for illegal conversion.
