Mumbai: Maharashtra reports a slight increase in case and death for the second day in a row.
It adds 1,485 cases and 38 deaths.
While the Covid-19 daily case in Mumbai rose to outside 400 (417) once again on Wednesday after two days of staying under 300.
BMC officials said that the daily calculation usually shot on Wednesday after registering a sharp decline on Monday.
Calculate Mumbai is now 7.55 lakh since March 2020.
With Covid charts in most other districts fell sharply, the Mumbai section in the country’s daily calculation has grown to almost 30%.
“We get a lot of visitors (domestic and international), which was tested for Covid on arrival,” said the additional Commissioner of Suresh Kakani.
“This can explain why Mumbai saw a stable number of cases every day, while infection across the state has declined,” Kakani added.
The Covid-19 daily ponytitude level has floated around 1% and has not risen sharply, he added.
On Wednesday, the test level of the test is 1%.
Meanwhile, active cases in the state fell below 20,000 on Wednesday.
There were 19,480 active cases in the state, where 4,993 were in Mumbai.
The parameters to measure the spread of Coronavirus novels in Maharashtra have also reported a decline.
The Maharashtra weekly front department has dropped to 1.45% and there are eight districts in the state that have a higher level of participation.
Sindhudurg, Pune and Palghar have more than 2% participation.

Also, there are 20 districts in Maharashtra which have less than 100 Covid-19 patients active.
