Young Volunteer Organization (YVO), an Indian non-profit organization, launched future leader program (FLP) in 2020.
More than 200 students from various educational institutions, including Iim Ranchi, IIM Ahmedabad, Harvard Business School, KLS Gogte Institute of Technology ( Belgaum), Kashibai Navale Medical College Pune, Rockwell International School Hyderabad, and others, has participated and benefited from this program from the start.
FLP brings students to dive in the inner work of non-profit organizations and teaches useful skills in the world today, such as digital marketing, fundraising, and social sector innovation.
FLP also includes important leadership skills in students by encouraging them to communicate and interact with each other and with various NGOs through various projects and tasks.
It is designed and run by professionals and stalwart industries from various fields which are alumni of prestigious Indian and international institutions such as the Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA), South Indian Education Society (Sies), Harvard Business School, Stanford), Stanford Business School , London Business School, and others.

Participants in the Yvo future leader program get skills that will help them become active members of the organization or community, as well as future leaders who will add value.

YVO FLP is looking for applications from students and educational institutions to join a new batch, which will begin in March 2022.
The program introduces young thoughts to social entrepreneurship, combining leadership and social services, and making social services more accessible to young people aged 16 to 25.
