A three-day visit of the ECI team to start on December 28

Lucknow: Full bench 13 Indian election election commission will visit Uttar Pradesh from December 28-30 to review the situation and arrive at the decision to hold elections amid the threat of the third wave of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The ECI team will include the Commissioner of the Main Election (CEC) Sushil Chandra and the Election Commissioner of Rajiv Kumar and Anup Chandra Pandey.
Other members of the team were Secretary General of Umesh Sinha, Senior Deputy Commissioner Chandra Bhushan Kumar, Deputy Selection of Commissioners Nitesh Vyas and T Sreekanth, Director General of Sheyphali B Sharan, Directors of Pankaj Srivastava, Secretary of Ajoy Kumar, Director with Anuj Chandak under the Secretary of Prafull Awasthi.
The team will arrive at the Amausi airport at 2:50 a.m.
on Tuesday and hold a meeting with political party representatives from 4-6 in the afternoon.
At 6:15 a.m., the bench will meet with Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Nodal officer of the State Police and CPF Nodal Officer.
This will hold a meeting with the leaders of his enforcing agency at 7:30 a.m.
On Wednesday, the ECI team will meet the election / police election officers, Police Commissioner and Commissioner of Division / General Inspector from eight divisions to discuss preparations for elections.
The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m.
and will continue until 9pm.
The bench will hold an hour meeting with the Secretary of the Head and DGP from 10 am and will hold a press conference at 12noon.
After the press conference, the ECI team will leave for Delhi at 3.25.
