Mumbai: The noted warrant was issued against Mandakini Khadse, the wife of former Revenue Minister Khadse, on Tuesday with a special prevention of the Act Laundering court.
It also rejected the assurance request for an her anxiety, said it could not be maintained because Chargesheet had been submitted.
“We will challenge orders in the High Court,” said Mandakini Mohan Tekavde’s lawyer.
Ed Public Prosecutor H S Venegaonkar has opposed any relief for repeated reasons for efforts and guarantees given to the court “destined by the people accused of”.
Khadse and Mandakini also search for exceptions from the appearance before the court on the basis of health.
Khadse is operated at this time and his lawyer handed his health report to court.
It was stated that he had suggested a few weeks breaks.
The court will hear the Khadse application on October 21.
After investigating illegal purchases from the government plot in the MIDC Pune region five years ago and money laundering, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had submitted Chargese to Khadse, Mandakini, their son -in-Law Girish Chaudhari and Ravindra Muley Registrar Deputy before the Special Court.
It was alleged that on April 28, 2016, Mandakini and Chaudhari entered the sale of the MIDC plot in Pune.
They paid Rs 3.8 Crore to the descendants of the original owner of the plot and spent RS 1.4 Crore on the registration and stamp duty.
Stamp Duty is paid at Rs 22.8 Crore, which is the actual government price of land in the record, to avoid legal issues.
Muley has helped Kin Khadse to manipulate government records.
The government has bought a plot of its original owner in 1981.
