Mumbai: AAM AADMI Party (AAP) has demanded action against opposition leaders in the Legislative Council of Maharashtra Pravin Darekar because it incorrectly claimed to be a laborer and to commit fraud.
“Sequence January 3 of the Division Co-Registrar, the cooperative community stated that the various governments had deceived the government and Bank Cooperative Mumbai by pretending to be a laborer while serving as a legislator.
In a written statement in 2016, he had clearly stated that he was a businessman, “The Secretary of AAP Dhananjay Shinde said at a press conference at the party office in Mumbai on Monday.
He said the vehicle had become MLA since 2009 and as a selected representative and opposition leaders receive several benefits such as Honor Rs 2.5 lakh per month and cannot do any possibility of being categorized as laborers with unauthorized cooperative communities.
The vehicle recently fought the election of the Maharashtra Regency Cooperative Bank under the Labor category through the Pratigya Mazoor Sahakari Sansta Labor Organization.
“The MVA government must order a case to be submitted against a vehicle under 5, 200, 406, 409, 417, 420, 465, 468 and 120 (b) the Criminal Code must also be thoroughly investigated to uncover every possible violation,” Shinde said.
