Chandigarh / Ferozepur: In the setback to the AAM AADMI Party (AAP) ahead of the assembly selection of February 20 in Punjab, rural candidate Ferozepur political outfit, Ashu Banger, withdrew from the party in Ferozepur on Monday and joined the Congress for hours in the face of Chandigarh Charanjit Minister Chairman Singh Channi.
Channi also announced Banger as a Congress Congress from Ferozepur Rural.
“When I saw a press conference in the morning where he stopped AAP, I asked MLA, Kulbir Singh Zira, to meet him.
He has shown the courage to refuse a party ticket.
We made him join Congress and would also involve it.

The constituency is represented by the MLA Satkar Kaur congress, which can now be dropped.
