Times News Network Varanasi: Police Varanasi Komisaria stopped Aam Adam Party Sabha MP Sanjay Singh from entering the city on Thursday thwarting an offer to perform administrative permissions.
Many AAP leaders are also not permitted out of their homes while around 40 are held while showing not to stop from entering the city.
Angry at the actions of the police, Singh attacked the Yogi Aditentalath government because he did not allow Yatra Tiranga and said that his party had delayed this yatra and the new date of implementing Yatra in Varanasi will soon be announced.
According to state spokesman AAP Mukesh Singh, the party has announced to do Yatra Tiranga from Ambedkar Park Kutchehri to Sardar Patel Statue at Maldahiya on Thursday.
