New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party on Monday held a protest outside the new cinema in Delhi against land sales worth Rs 200 Crore only with the Corporation Municipal ruled by BJP.
AAP workers also issued ‘Padusyatra’ against BJP in all 272 city wards.
Opposition leaders in North Corporation Vikas Goyal alleged that BJP leaders have sold their land to their own people at a price that throws away their own pockets and that BJP has committed fraud after fraud on civilian bodies that have been financially immobilized.
AAP leaders say that the new cinema is the main property in the Old Delhi area and has historical values.
Even the 100 meter shop in the same location can be purchased for RS 34 Crore.
Even such properties are appreciated at least RS 40-45 Crore.
“The MCD that was ruled by BJP sold proportional to 1,157 meters for only RS 34 Crore,” he said.
During protests, AAP workers demanded that the corporation must draw a decision.
“Over the past 15 years, BJP has ruled MCD and the Civic body has not fulfilled a single responsibility, both cleanliness and cleanliness of the city, running hospitals and MCD schools, or trying to curb diseases that are transmitted through water.
They have not taken responsibility at all; They failed in their duty, “said Goyal.
Delhi BJP Praveen spokesman Shankar Kapoor said that if AAP felt that the North corporation had sold a new cinema plot with prices to remove prices at a higher price and the corporation would reject the offer before.
“AAP is in the Delhi government and it can be good enough to make the government buy it at Rs 100 Crore, which is half of the market prices quoted by its leaders,” Kapoor said.
Kapoor said that it was important to note that the value of the plot circle rate was Rs 18.98,000 when it was sold with RS 34.70,000.
