LUCKNOW/AYODHYA: Pointing towards significant flaws in purchase of property from the Ram Temple Trust, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Samajwadi Party (SP) have alleged both private people bought a parcel of property in Ayodhya for Rs 5.8 crore and sold it in 5 minutes after into the Trust for Rs 18.5 crore.
The property in question, roughly 1.208 hectare, was bought on March 18 to enlarge the region of the proposed Ram temple, so that they allege.
Both the AAP and SP have demanded a CBI probe into the matter.
Meanwhile, the Champat Rai, the general secretary of the Trust, stated he would remark on the issue and fees against the Trust just after analyzing the records.
“We’ve been accused of many things over the previous 100 decades, including the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi.
We’re not concerned about allegations.
We’ll continue to perform our job,” he explained.
AAP MP Sanjay Singh and past SP MLA in Ayodhya, Pawan Pandey, introduced the selling deeds of the trades before the press on Sunday.
Speaking to reporters in Lucknow Sanjay Singh stated:”Gaata amount 243, 244 and 246, situated in Bagh Bijaisi, Pargana Haveli Awadh, Sadar Tehsil at Ayodhya district, value Rs 2 crore, has been marketed by Kusum Pathak and Harish Pathak to a Sultan Ansari and Ram Mohan Tiwari for Rs 5.80 crore in 7.10pm March 18.” “Five minutes afterwards, Ansari and Tiwari sold the identical property into the Ram Temple Trust to get Rs 18.5 crore of which Rs 17 crore was moved from the RTGS.
Here is the sole property any place in the entire world the worth has gone up by Rs 5.5 lakh each minute,” Singh added.
The MP also pointed out that the witnesses at the two prices were the exact individuals, Anil Mishra who’s a part of this Trust and also Rishikesh Upadhyay, ” the mayor of Ayodhya.
“Another thing to be mentioned within this arrangement is the postage paper to the selling of this property by Kusum Pathak and Harish Pathak has been offered at 5.22pm.
On the flip side, the postage paper where the selling to this Trust is enrolled was marketed in 5.11pm.
Second, the Trust must clear purchasing land.
How can it manage to pass a resolution with this trade in only 5 minutes? Lakhs of people have paid involving the building of the Ram Temple and this thing has raised important questions within the dealings from the Trust,” Singh said, demanding that Prime Minister Narendra Modi needs to purchase a CBI inquiry into the issue and ask the authorities directorate to explore this offer.
Speaking to colleagues in Ayodhya, SP’s former minister and ex-Ayodhya MLA, Pawan Pandey, stated that there was large scale corruption in purchasing the said property and demanded a CBI inquiry into the issue.
