Letter: Police Pandesara arrested the Secretary General of the City of AAM AADMI (AAP) on Thursday for allegedly publishing the threat of extortion in female party workers.
Accused of Gautam Patel allegedly threatened Sapna Rajput, which was contested on AAP tickets in recent city elections from Ward 29, pampering his political career if he did not pay his loan RS10,000.
Depressed from constant harassment, Rajput even tried to commit suicide by consuming sleeping pills and also cut his left wrist on Tuesday.
Based on his complaint, the police ordered Patel for extortion under the Indian criminal code and also posted it under the Lender Act Lender Money Gujarat.
According to the police, the defendant has lent Rajput Ajay’s husband, an insurance advisor, Rs 4,000 years ago.
Patel demanded money back from Rajput and threatened to complete his political career if they failed to pay for RS10,000 along with interest.
When Rajput went to see him with her husband, the defendant threatened to make a catch screen with her husband’s viral if they refused to pay money.
Patel told the rajput that he had chatted a message of Ajay where he expressed the inability to pay back due to the financial crisis.
In his complaint, Rajput accused him of returning the money but Patel continued to harass him.
He allegedly sent the Rajput Screen Catch and threatened to share this with other party workers.
“The woman consumed sleeping pills and cut her wrist two days ago.
In a statement he named Patel for harassment after that the police registered a violation and arrested the defendant,” said a police officer at the Pandesara Police Station.
