NEW DELHI: India’s sole individual Olympic gold medallist Abhinav Bindra on Friday recognized the Tokyo-bound athletes to demonstrating great determination and attaining the”exceptional” accomplishment of qualifying for the Summer Games at the surface of the COVID-19 hardship.
