Abortion Racket Arvi: One More Blood Skull Stained Baby Found

Nagpur: Joint Forces Special Investigation Team (Sitting) of the Wardha Police, and Regional Forensic Science Laboratory (RFSL), Nagpur, digging one more blood stained skull from a baby from a Bio-gas plant at the Kadam Hospital in Arvi Taluka on Friday.
This is the 12th skull that will be excavated, along with 54 bones, confiscated from the last 3-4 days.
Sitting also has taken the hospital sonography operator in detention to be questioned.
The machine has also been confiscated.
Gynecologist Dr.
Shailaja Kadam, one of the owners of the Kadam Hospital, was hospitalized in Nagpur after he developed anxiety just before his arrest.
The police have arrested Rekha’s daughter of Rekha Dr.
Shailaja, as well as a gynecologist, in this case along with two nurses and others.
Dr Shailaja’s son, a gynecologist with a government hospital in Arvi, was also studied under the scanner for the possibility of his involvement in illegal abortion activities.
Dr Asha Mirge, a pre-conception member of the State and Diagnostic Technique of Pre-Natal Act 1994 (PCPNDT), also visited Asha Hospital Premises along with his team.
The council and members of the local committee tended to make decisions about complaints of furniture about illegal abortion at the Kadam Hospital for the police to file a fir shot in this case.
The rape case registered by a 13-year-old girl against her 17-year-old girlfriend and her family, including her luring her abortion, has led to uncovering an illegal racquet for the pregnancy’s medical termination at the Kadam Hospital.
The problem became a munkier after 12 skulls and 54 bones were excavated from that place.
SP Prashant Holkar said the police had surrendered bones and skulls to the Nagpur forensic team for analysis.
“The police took legal guidance and also expert opinions in this case.
Cases related to rape and the next illegal abortion from the minor have been examined from a different angle,” he said.
“The police may need a new complaint from the PCPNDT committee or the Ministry of Health to conduct a broader investigation into the illegality and violations in PCPNDT actions and other abortions,” he said.
The source of the Wardha police said the sitting was investigating if the government equipment or drugs were also used illegally at the Kadam Hospital.
Police seized notes from the hospital.
