MELBOURNE: Australia has illustrated the depth of their quick bowling shares by submitting Scott Boland’s debut in the third ash test against England, which began at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Sunday.
The 32-year-old child, who played his domestic cricket at MCG, would be the first Australian test player since Jason Gillespie played his last match in 2006 when he received a loose green hat on Sunday.
Boland came to the squad on Monday as the covers of Pace-Bowling with Josh Hazlewood ruled out by side strains and Jhye Richardson and Michael Neser suffered an effect after playing in the second test in Adelaide.
