Agartala: Communal friction in North Tripura flared again after a BJP student wing leader was stabbed on Friday in front of the KaiLashahar police station, encouraging the administration of the Uneakoti Regency to clamping part 144 in the area.
ABVP members who were injured were critical, identified as Shivaji Sengupta, were attacked during confrontation with groups outside the institution of R K in KaiLashahar, where the organization of students had organized the drive of membership.
