Kanpur: an external academic audit for the physical education department of teacher education school, CSJM University was conducted on Thursday.
The audit was carried out by a well-known academician Professor Dilip Kumar Durip, former representative of Chancellor, Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior and Professor Arvind Mallik from Kurukshetra University.
The auditor suggests the curriculum that is updated with the student-centric approach and is practically actively involved with designing courses oriented towards student field involvement.
The auditor submits their observations and recommendations to the University’s Internal Quality Guarantee Committee.
Professor CSJMU VC Vinay Kumar Pathak suggested that students must be exposed to sports activities at the state and national level.
The auditor said that the department can actively provide guidance at various levels and provide good placement opportunities for students.
