Hyderabad: ACB Sleuggos captured three former Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) offices and produced it before a local court.
The three defendants were given guarantees by the court.
Three days ago, a local ACB court issued a nbws warrant (NBWS) against nine famous office carriers and currently HCA because it did not appear before the court in connection with the trial of three cases registered between 2011 and 2014 regarding the alleged abuse and misuse of funds , While one of the nine people died, ACB Sleuth tried to execute the remaining eight NBW and managed to carry out four NBW against P Yadgiri, and one NBW each against K Srinivas Rao and R Devraj.
“The three were accused of being produced before the ACB Court and they were given a bail,” said an ACB official.
NBWS against the other four accused, including former Cricketer International L Venkatapathy Raju, was still delayed because they were not available to execute warrants.
