Rajkot: an accountant from a cotton spinning plant in Gondal was robbed from his bicycle and Rs 3 Lakh cash on Wednesday.
Bhavin Mayai returned to the factory after withdrawing cash from the bank when he was stopped by three men in Nagarka Road.
Mayai was driven by three robbers, who beat him and fled with cash and his bicycle.
The robbery violation was submitted by the police against three unknown people.
The police said that they tried to identify robbers based on recording CCTV cameras installed near the crime scene.
Mayai has worked as an accountant for the past four years at the factory.
