Ambur: Two men who were transmitted through a motorcycle throwing acid on a young man near the Trybupathur district in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday.
Youth – Shameel Ahamed from KM Nagar was ambushed – scheduled to marry a woman from Chennai on Monday, police said.
The young man suffered burns injured on his face, shoulders and arms and was referred to a private hospital in Vellore after the first aid at the Government General Hospital was ambur.
Ahamed is a worker in a leather footwear manufacturing company.
After working on Wednesday, he went to visit his friends in a two-wheeled vehicle.
Two unidentified men on motorbikes threw acid on him.
He lost balance and fell on the road.
Residents rushed to the hospital.
