Jodhpur: oversees the country’s federal spirit, the question has been raised against Rajasthan Madrasah Board Act 2020 in the High Court.
The court, while acknowledging the argument, has issued a notification to the central and state government, the Madrid Council, the Minority Commission and the Education Council, the Center and State.
Mukesh Jain moved the High Court with pills looking for the removal of the Madrasa State 2020 body while asking questions about the constitutionality and objectivity.
In his petition, he stated that the action violated the basic spirit of the Indian Constitution whose term India as a secular federal Republic.
“This action acts as a promotion for certain religions and in secular countries, no government can try to promote single religion,” said the petition.
He further states that it is not a prerogative of any country to introduce such actions and therefore must be revoked because there is no other minority religion that is taken care of in this action.
Referring to the education policy, the Petitioner stated that there was a universal education policy in the country and all institutions including madrasas were included in this policy without exception to madrasas.
He also called it a violation of the law to provide buildings and other resources to the minority community by the state government.
Allowing the petition, the division bench from the chairman of the Indrajit Judge Mahanty and Justice Kumar Mathur as a pill, has issued a notification to the Central Government, the state government, the State Madrid Board, Minority Commission, CBSE and RBSE who are looking for replies in four weeks.
