Activists form a panel to press the government to reopen the Kartarpur corridor

Amritsar: Sri Kartarpur Sahib Sangharsh Committee (SKSCSC) corridor, which has been formed by a group of Sikh activists, has asked the United States to reopen the Karttarpur corridor to mark the alert of the birth of 552 from Master Nanak Dev on November 19, saying it will internationalize their movements to The opening of the corridor if the request is not fulfilled.
The committee has also expressed a booking on Takhtar Harpreet Singh to go to Pakistan to observe the warning of Nanak teacher’s death on September 22 through the border of Attari’s land, instead of the corridor.
Speaking with Toi, SRSCSC Sulinderpal members Singh Talibpur said the Pakistani government had observed the commemoration of the death of Nanak teacher in Gurdwara Darbar Sahib, Kartarpur Sahib, Pakistan, so Jathedar was supposed to go to Pakistan through the Karttarpur corridor and not through land borders.
