Mumbai: An interior designer has been booked by police Oshiwara after an actress complained that she had committed her.
Police said they would carry out a thorough investigation before making an arrest.
This case returned to last month.
The actress has mostly worked in the South Indian cinema.
The police said the 35-year-old actress had gave allegations of contracts for interior decorations in her new apartment in Andheri Veera Desai Road.
In the first week of July, he visited the apartment to check the work.
But he didn’t like what he saw.
He then faced designers about poor work quality.
An altercation broke out between the two.
He allegedly shouted the swear of the fields and threw it out of the apartment.
The actress claimed that the designer had threatened it against going to the police who was why the complaint was delayed.
“We have registered complaints under the section of 354, 504, 509 IPC based on the actress statement.
Investigation is underway,” said a police officer.
