Chennai: The Madras High Court on Wednesday gave a conditional guarantee to former Minister of AIADMK M Manikandan who was arrested on charges of raping the actor on the promise of marriage.
Giving assistance, Justice M Nirmal Kumar directed Manikandan to submit his passport with the trial court and emerged before two weeks investigations.
