Adelaide: Adelaide on Tuesday became the latest in a series of Australian cities to lock, because most countries were not vaccinated struggling to load the Coronavirus outbreak that spread rapidly.
The state of South Australia, which Adelaide is the capital, said he would join Sydney and Melbourne in locking after five local cases detected.
The decision means more than 14 million Australians are now under orders to stay at home.
“From 6pm tonight, South Australia moved to Lockdown,” said State Premier Steven Marshall from Adelaide, showing the steps there will be for seven days.
“We hate putting this restriction, but we believe we only have one chance – one chance to improve this.” Only 11 percent of the 25 million Australians are currently vaccinated.

At the same time, the authorities in Melbourne on Tuesday said six-day lockdown snap, which will end, will be extended at least seven more days.
In Queensland, the authorities were also vigilant after a woman who visited several tourist locations tested positive for viruses.
