Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court has directed the opposition leader Suvendu Adhikari to submit a written statement on November 29th on the Minister of Chief Justice of the Banerjee Mamata for the Nandigram polls 2021.
The court will take a problem to hear in December 1.
Adhikari’s advice proposes that the written statement has not been resolved, though The design was prepared.
Advocacy General N Mookerjee argues that respondents (Suvendu Adhikari) deliberately avoid submitting written statements to delay the process.
Adhikari should submit a statement on November 15.
