JAMSHEDPUR: Towards the start of the Chhath Four-Day Festival from Monday, the cleansing of the body of the water and decking from Ghats entered the last stage on Sundays with different district organizations and administration completing Spruming Up Ghats in Jamshedpur and Adityapur side by side on the war footing.
Steel Tata Utility and Infrastructure Services Ltd., (Tsuisl) cleanses Baroda Chhath Ghat on the banks of the Kharkai River in Bagbera.
Ghat will be decorated with lights, and the arrangement for parking is done.
Barrikawading from the danger area of the bank will be carried out for worshipers from Monday to ensure prayer is offered in a safe and organized way.
Puladul Puja and Puja Times, Subernarekha and Kharkai River in several places in the urban circle and pounds in suburban and rustic areas are filled with puja equipment.
“Urban Civic Jamshedpur, Mango and Jugsalai, a company company such as Jusco (Read Tsuisl), Tata Motors, several social organizational volunteers issued puja waste from the water body on Sunday,” Kendriya Durga Puja Samiti, Secretary, Arun Singh.
He said Samiti coordinated with different organizations for cleaning, tidying Ghats.
The President of the Surya Mandir Managing Committee, Sidhgora, Sanjeev Singh said that the pool in the temple had been cleaned and Jusco would refill fresh water into it.
More than 3,000 worshipers other than hundreds of festive fans of the neighborhood in Sidhgora and Baridih come to Surya Mandir to offer prayers in Chhath.
Some social clothes such as Disha Foundation, Pukare, Bhojpuria Manch, Bagbera Mahanagar Vikas Samiti has launched a driving cleanliness crossing Ghats on the edge of Kharkai and Subernarekha other than Domingi in Sonari.
“On Tuesday, Ghats at Bank Domuhan will be cleaned because the drive has been launched with strength,” said Gaurav Anand of Disha Foundation.
JMM MLA from Jugsalai, Mangal Kalindi, who made a different Ghats inspection in his constituency said on Sunday that the Dam Forest in Radhikanagar was being prepared for worshipers.
There are 80 plus Chhath Ghats in two side by side, where 40 Ghats located on the edge of the three rivers mentioned above are mostly protected.
Until now, 25 Chhath Ghats, including those located on the river and ponds, were cleaned while the rest tended to be cleaned on Monday and all special Ghats would be decorated on Tuesday.
Upset of seeing the Kharkai River Bank scattered with Thermocol, Polythene carrying Puja bags and waste, former MLA, Arvind Singh, said he would take problems with administration.
Former MLA, who was the protector of Praveen Singh Smriti Seva Sanshtha, continued the cleaning work on Ghat Aforesaid on Sunday after the cleaning drive launch on Saturday.
