Kanpur: Following the second accident involving e-bus, district administration has suspended the operation of all e-buses for a period of three days.
Commissioner Division, Raj Shekhar said that seeing repeated problems with e-buses, it has been ordered that all e-bus operations will remain suspended for the next three days.
He said that ADM City & DCP traffic will ask and will provide a preliminary report.
The Technical Committee of the RTO official, the way of regional manager, Nagar Nigam (Mechanical Team) and the HBTU mechanical department expert has been based on ensuring a hundred percent physical examination of all buses for fitness in the next three days and also to check whether the drivers are trained or not.
The Commissioner said that the bus operating body and the bus construction agency (PMI) had been called to Kanpur from Lucknow to immediately see this problem and to report to MD City transportation.
In accordance with the necessary steps it will be taken.
The Commissioner also asked the electric bus operating company to compensate the injured in this incident in the next 24 hours.
