Madurai: Providing assistance to the medical ideals of women as pictures and signatures of men’s candidates were printed on the NET test card, the Madras High Court during special sitting on Saturday night allowed it to appear for papers carried out on Sundays.
Candidates for V Shanmugapriya who have received 91.54% value in the XII exam class have submitted the NEET exam.
When he downloaded his receipt card, he noticed that the photo and signature of the candidate was printed not his picture.
The candidate’s father moved the HC bench Madurai to capture that his daughter might not be allowed to appear for the NEET exam.
Justice R Suresh Kumar observed that the reckillaing card perusal showed that all details as the name suggests, roll numbers, gender, categories, application numbers, father’s name was printed correctly according to the details uploaded by the Putri Petitioner.
This facie prime shows that it is a recognition card from the Putri Petitioner.
However, strangely, instead of Shanmugapriya’s photo, a photo and signature of a man candidate printed on the receipt card.
The judge observed that this kind of mistake could not be emitted from the Putri Petitional side but this might happen only on the side of the authorities.
The reason for such an error cannot be explored at this time because there are no further instructions from the standing advisor that appears for the center.
The judge observed that if there was no chance given to the Putti Petitioner to write the NEET exam, it would definitely create chaos in the life and career of candidates.
All of his ambitious movements will be destroyed if the indulgence is immediately not shown by this court.
Therefore, the judge passed the temporary order by directing the authorities including the supervisor to allow the Petitioner’s daughter to emerge for the NEET examination conducted at the exam center established in the Solamalai College of Engineering in Madurai Regency, without expressing the objections just because of men and signs The hands of candidates have been mistakenly printed on the acceptance card.
The judge also gave two weeks to the authorities to submit objections or counters in this matter and delay this case until September 27 for further hearing.
