Baghpat: Stir continues by farmers despite the withdrawal of three central agriculture laws by Prime Minister Narendra Modi opposing a person’s “understanding”, said Minister of Compassion (RET) V K Singh on Tuesday.
The Minister of State for road & highway transportation and civil aviation made observations here while taking stock of highway development from the Akshardham temple in Delhi to Baghpat.
The Prime Minister announced the law revocation during the upcoming parliamentary session, considering the honor of the farmers, Singh said.
“The continuation of protests by farmers is beyond a person’s understanding.
Farmers must think of rescuing their ‘saakh’ (good intentions),” Singh said, during interaction with reporters here.
Broaching on the problem of development under the government of Prime Minister Modi, he said, “The amount of development work carried out in the BJP regime has never been done before.” “The road building that is elevated from Akshardham to Baghpat will make the trip easier for people,” he said, adding officials to be ordered to improve the “lack of anything” in the prestigious highway project.
The Minister also said in the future, more flights will begin with Hindon airport in Ghaziabad to other places in the country so people don’t have to go to Delhi airport to take flights to their destination.
