Metropolitan Magistrate Court has dismissed Khan’s complaints against Kangana and Rangoli who stated that, on April 15, 2020, Rangoli posted a statement of slanderous and unpleasant to Tabligh Jamaat on his Twitter account that hurt the sentiment of the Muslim community.
Khan has now approached the city collector to publish sanctions for his complaint.
Khan said, “The complaint should not be dismissed directly, when the judge has been directed to submit a police report below the part 202 CRPC.
The court should not save it for the same compliance”.
Khan’s main fight is that the case cannot be directly dismissed than not available in the order of sanctions.
Instead he argues that it must be stored for the same compliance because, in a similar case for the incitement submitted by Khan against Kangana, another court has saved it for compliance in Andheri, and the same thing happened in this regard.
