Aeronautical Engineer Shirisha Bandla became the third woman from flying into space

Aeronautics engineer Sirisha Bandla on Sunday became the third Indian woman who would fly into space when she joined British billionaire Richard Branson on the first suborbital test from New Mexico from New Mexico.
VSS Galactic VSS Unity, because space is called, departs for a 1.5 hour mission above New Mexico after delaying 90 minutes due to bad weather.
Bandla joined Branson and the other five on the Virgin Galactic Unity spacecraft to travel to the edge of the space from New Mexico.
“I am very honored to be part of an amazing # unity22 crew, and to be part of a company whose mission to make space available for all,” 34 years bandla tweeted the day before the flight.
“When I first heard that I got this opportunity, it was just …
I was silent.
I thought it might have caught it very well.
This is an extraordinary opportunity to get people from various backgrounds, various different communities and communities , “he said in the video posted on Twitter Handle of Virgin Galactic on July 6.
The main objective for Unity 22 will function as a test flight for commercial passenger flights in the future by Virgin Galactic.
Bandla, who was born in the Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh and was raised in Houston, was Astronaut no 004 and the role of the flight was the experience of the researcher.
Another crew member was two pilots and three other crew, including the Branson billionaire, which was 71 years old.
He became the third woman from flying into space after Kalpana Chawla and Sunita Williams.
Commander Wing Rakesh Sharma is the only Indian citizen traveling in space.
The former Indian Air Force pilot flew on the Soyuz T-11 ship on April 3, 1984, part of the Soviet Interkosmos program.
Bandla moved to the US when he was 4 years old and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Aeronautics and Astronautics school, Purdue University in 2011.
He completed the Master of Business Administration degree from George Washington University in 2015.
Bandla wants to be an astronaut for Administration Aeronautics and US National Space (NASA).
However, his poor vision means he cannot meet the requirements to become pilots or astronauts.
When he was at Purdue University, a professor told him about the opportunity in the field of commercial space flights.
Virgin Galactic – Business Branson began in 2004 – aimed to fly private citizens to the edge of the room.
The trip was designed to allow passengers to experience three to four minutes without weight and observe the curvature of the earth.
