KABUL: The delegation of the high-powered Afghan government, which will cover the Head of the State Reconciliation Board, is to meet the Taliban in Doha to begin the pawning peace process, two Afghan officials said on Tuesday.
Officials said the Taliban was expected to bring their senior leaders to the table when both parties met, maybe on Friday.
The Taliban maintains a political office in the capital of Qatar Doha.
The latest efforts to revitalize peace negotiations come as a surge in the Taliban through the district after the district take control of Afghan great plots.
The discussion planned for Doha will be led by Abdullah Abdullah, who heads the Afghan reconciliation council.
They are reportedly intended to plan the way forward who can end violence.
